Exciting Opportunity – MIS/Digital Marketing Executive at InteliX Systems We’re hiring experienced and passionate MIS/Digital Marketing Executive who are ready to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Location: Hyderabad Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Responsibilities Maintain and update databases, trackers, and reports related to recruitment, marketing, and operations. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all platforms. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile data. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, etc.). Monitor and optimize online campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions. Source and generate leads of potential candidates using digital platforms, job portals, and social media. Use CRM or ATS tools to track and manage databases. (Preferred Ceipal) Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and target sourcing accordingly. Leverage marketing techniques (e.g., email marketing, social media outreach) to attract qualified candidates. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools. Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Meta Ads and social media management. Familiarity with lead generation tools Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
