Position: Sales and Client Relations Manager
Location: South Extension, New Delhi, India
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : 3-4.5 LPA
Time: Monday to Saturday, 10 Am to 7 Pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and highly skilled Sales and Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for both driving new business and managing ongoing relationships with existing clients. You will be instrumental in the sales process, from generating leads and closing deals to ensuring clients are satisfied and the projects meet their expectations. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate our services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Pitch Movie Merchant’s video production services to potential clients and close sales deals.
- Develop and create compelling pitch decks and presentations that effectively showcase our work and services.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Provide strategic input on sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Key Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or business development, preferably in the video production, creative, or media industry.
- Proven experience in creating pitch decks and presentations to showcase products or services to clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the video production process is a plus.
- Highly creative with attention to detail in both sales materials and client interactions.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
