We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle-from strategy and vision to execution and measurable impact. You will drive learner-facing innovations as well as internal tools that enhance user experience, engagement, monetization, and operational efficiency. The role demands a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, business, and marketing teams.

Leveraging market insights, user research, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimizing the end-to-end user journey for satisfaction and long-term value.
Building and improving internal tools that enhance sales, operations, and support efficiency.
Defining success metrics, tracking performance, and iterating quickly.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably from a Tier 1 institution.
~4–8 years of product management experience in EdTech, SaaS, FinTech, or Consumer Tech with proven track record of building and scaling consumer products with measurable results.
~ Experience with digital payments, lending, or monetization flows will be ideal.
~ Strong experience with internal sales/productivity tools and data-driven optimization.
~ Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL or equivalent analytical tools.
~ Exposure to AI/ML-driven product development.
~ Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
