Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: DomMalang Pvt. Malang is a contemporary luxury womenswear label rooted in experimental design, bold textural play, and modern Indian detailing. We craft high-fashion pieces for women aged 18–30, blending rich Indian fabrics with innovative silhouettes and techniques. We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead Malang’s digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the fashion landscape and know how to translate Malang’s luxury-craft aesthetic into impactful digital storytelling. You’ll be responsible for building brand visibility, driving engagement, and developing fresh, visual-first campaigns that reflect Malang’s identity. Develop and execute Malang’s social media strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. · Plan, create, and manage engaging visual + written content that aligns with brand tone and design language. · Collaborate with the creative and design teams to conceptualize campaigns and collection launches. · Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies based on insights. · Stay updated on social and fashion trends to keep Malang’s content fresh and competitive. · Manage influencer collaborations, shoots, and social media calendars. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, or related field. · 1–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably in fashion/luxury/lifestyle). · Strong sense of aesthetics and brand storytelling. · Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator or ability to coordinate with design teams. · Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience). · Creative freedom to build and shape Malang’s digital identity. · Opportunity to grow with a rising luxury label. ·
