SME - CDC Implementations (Oracle / Debezium)

Mode: Hybrid

Lead CDC Implementations: Architect and implement Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions using Debezium , Oracle , and other related CDC tools and technologies.

Provide deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in CDC technologies, database replication, and real-time data synchronization.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders) to design, deploy, and troubleshoot CDC solutions that meet business requirements.

Performance Tuning & Optimization: Monitor and optimize CDC pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring minimal latency and efficient data replication.

Troubleshooting & Support: Lead efforts to identify and resolve issues related to CDC processes, including debugging and resolving replication errors, conflicts, and data consistency issues.

Establish and enforce best practices, guidelines, and standards for the implementation of CDC technologies.

Training & Mentorship: Mentor and train junior engineers on CDC technologies, database management, and troubleshooting techniques.

Research & Development: Stay up to date with emerging CDC technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve the organization\'s data architecture.

Experience:

Certifications in Debezium , Oracle , or related database and CDC technologies.

Education: Bachelor¿s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Industry Experience: Experience working in Retail, particularly in areas that involve large-scale data pipelines, real-time analytics, and data warehousing.
