Job Description:

RVSBELL Analytics Private Limited is seeking a proficient and experienced Software Engineer specializing in R Shiny development. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in helping companies and audit firms navigate the complexities of accounting and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the development and maintenance of our cloud-based applications, designed to integrate seamlessly with existing systems and provide cutting-edge solutions in accounting and regulatory compliance.

Location and work:

· Candidate should be based out of India having an Indian Passport / Aadhar card

· The position requires work from home

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· R Shiny Application Development:

· Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated R Shiny applications.

· Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration with various data sources and other cloud services.

Infrastructure and DevOps

· Develop docker containers and manage deployments on the cloud

· Ability to debug and scale multi-node distributed systems

Data Analysis and Visualization:

· Implement data processing and visualization tools.

· Develop features for complex data analytics and create interactive, user-friendly interfaces.

Collaboration and Innovation:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including accounting experts, data scientists, and cloud engineers.

· Contribute to the ideation and creation of innovative features that address emerging accounting standards and regulatory challenges.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:

· Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and validation.

· Document code consistently and adhere to software development best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

· Continuously update technical knowledge and skills by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the application's functionalities.

Client Support and Customization:

· Assist in customizing applications to fit specific client needs and requirements.

· Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on R Shiny application development.

· Strong proficiency in R programming, and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization.

· Knowledge of cloud services and experience integrating with various APIs and data sources.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable Skills:

· Familiarity with accounting principles and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.

· Experience in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

· Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
