Your Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Key-User to join our team in Gurgaon, India. As a Salesforce Key-User, you will be a crucial point of contact within the department for our Salesforce solution. You will support the implementation, usage, and continuous improvement of the software. Additionally, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, training others, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders. This role will play a vital part in supporting our Go-to-Market organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Support Contact : Serve as the first point of contact for support inquiries (1st Level Support).
- Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve issues, including ticketing, testing, and follow-up.
- Requirement Analy sis: Capture and analyze requirements and workflows to develop and implement solutions.
- Training and Support : Train and support users in the effective use of Salesforce.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between users, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of the system.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, issues, and solutions.
- System Enhancement : Assist in the ongoing development and enhancement of the Salesforce system.
- Go-to-Market Support : Provide dedicated support to the Go-to-Market organization, ensuring their specific needs are met and enabling their success.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Key-User or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Training Skills : Ability to train and support users at various levels of expertise.
- Analytical Abilities : Strong analytical skills to understand and improve workflows and processes.
- Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility : willingness to work on Central European Time to align with HQ in Germany
