Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital product development projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product owners, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage digital product development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define project scope.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress against these.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope, prioritizing tasks and keeping stakeholders informed.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with best practices and established processes for software development.

Oversee the budgeting process, track project expenses, and ensure projects stay within budget.

Implement agile methodologies where appropriate, driving sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Monitor project metrics, analyze performance, and implement improvements for future projects.

Provide technical guidance to teams as needed, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital product development.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Dev Ops practices is a plus.

PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Skills: Experience working in sectors such as Fin Tech, Mar Tech, healthcare, or other tech-driven industries.

Hands-on technical background in software development, QA, or Dev Ops.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and working with design teams.

Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, or blockchain.
