This role will be responsible for strategizing, curating, and managing engaging content that reflects our brand identity, builds community, and drives meaningful engagement with our audience. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical - someone who understands luxury brand storytelling while keeping a sharp eye on trends and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Build content calendars that reflect campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments. Campaign Management Execute customer acquisition as well as retention campaigns. Work closely with PR, marketing, and e-commerce teams to amplify brand storytelling. Content Curation Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, reels, and stories. Ensure content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and luxury positioning. Community Management Strategise and help build a community and not just a feed. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and nurture a loyal online community. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and share insights for optimization. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors . Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) Exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making. Strong organizational and communication skills.
