Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and manage paid marketing campaigns for Sukoon. The ideal candidate will have experience in running successful campaigns across multiple digital platforms, driving both brand awareness and conversions. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Sukoon’s growth and impact on senior citizens' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms to drive growth and engagement for Sukoon.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.) to assess campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate performance marketing budgets across platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives, as well as with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts for various Sukoon services, optimizing funnels for conversions.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and apply them to improve campaign outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in running digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of paid media strategies, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in budget management and achieving performance goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of the senior citizen market is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
