Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in railway infrastructure, including structure and bridge construction, design, track linking, and track maintenance.

The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Skills: Railway project - Structure, Bridge construction, track, P-way (permanent way), design, blueprints, Drawings, etc Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Oversee all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation through execution and closure.

Design and Engineering Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams on the design of railway structures, bridges, and track systems.

Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.

Implement safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site.

Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively to prevent cost overruns.

Optimize resource allocation and work schedules for efficiency.

Track Maintenance and Upgrades: Oversee maintenance projects to ensure track safety and reliability.

Plan and implement upgrades to existing rail infrastructure.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8- 10 years of project management experience in railway infrastructure.

Proven track record in managing projects related to structure and bridge construction, design, track linking, and maintenance.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Relevant engineering licenses (e.g., PE) are a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
