Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Instructional Designer to join our e Content development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing engaging learning experiences, a strong foundation in instructional design principles, and the ability to create effective content for diverse e Learning platforms. Key Responsibilities: Analyze training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives. Design and develop instructionally sound e Learning modules , including scripts, storyboards, and multimedia assets. Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Develop course outlines, assessments, and performance support materials to align with learning goals. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and alignment with desired outcomes. Use e Learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive modules. Optimize courses for digital delivery, focusing on accessibility, readability, and learner engagement. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve course quality. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance instructional design strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, e Learning development, or related roles. Proficiency in e Learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms. Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, or x API standards . Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models . Experience in developing assessments, interactive activities, and performance-based learning solutions. Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
