We are a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Provider serving Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance patients across the United States. Our mission is to ensure patients receive the medical supplies they need with care, accuracy, and efficiency. ⸻ Job Title: Operations Assistant (Remote – India-Based Contractor) Department: Back Office Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (No Benefits; Self-Tax Responsibility) ⸻ We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant with CALL CENTER experience to join our remote back-office operations team. This India-based contractor role involves real-time collaboration with our U.S. operations team (Eastern Time hours). You’ll play a key role in supporting the processing of medical equipment orders, coordinating with doctors’ offices, calling patients, and ensuring data accuracy across our systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems through data, and communicates clearly and professionally with both colleagues and external stakeholders. ⸻ Excel proficiency — for data tracking, analysis, and reporting • Fluent, accent-neutral English — both verbal and written ⸻ Contact doctors’ offices to obtain missing documentation for order processing • Manage and update Excel-based trackers and electronic health record (EHR) systems • Match delivery tickets to the correct patient files for billing • Perform ad hoc reporting, data cleanup, and reconciliations as needed ⸻ Bachelor’s degree • Call Center Experience preferred • Proficient in Excel • Prior experience in healthcare, DME, or insurance operations is a strong plus ⸻ Compensation • Competitive contractor rate, commensurate with experience ⸻ Please send your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience and your availability to work Eastern Time hours.
