Job Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)
Purpose of Role
The role will efficiently support in new product ideation, filing and launch process for the company.
Main Areas of responsibility
1. Work on developing channel/distribution specific product ideas under different product categories.
2. Anchor complete product filing process while working with closely with Sales, Actuarial, Operations, IT, marketing, Training and Compliance teams.
3. Responsible for generating/developing key consumer/distributor insights, Market benchmarking and gap analysis.
4. Extensive cross functional collaboration
5. Regular update on progress of ongoing projects to leadership.
6. Conduct product trainings and work on marketing material or sales tools basis the sales requirements.
7. Work on simplifying the customer facing documents or processes
Competencies
Overall understanding of life insurance business and product life cycle management.
Entrepreneurial spirit, strong written and verbal communication.
Analytical and creative mindset
Stakeholder management/ Ability to interact and communicate well with CFT
Education & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate with prior experience in Product management of Life/Health insurance Company
Knowledge of MS-Office (Particularly MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
