Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven US IT Recruiter with a strong focus on W2 hiring to join our growing team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US staffing industry, particularly in recruiting candidates on W2 (Green Card and US Citizens and EAD's).
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for various W2 positions using job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder), Linked In, internal databases, and networking.
Understand job requirements and effectively match candidates to the job requisitions.
Experience in full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate offers with candidates.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company hiring policies.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal
