As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of hardcore recruitment to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various roles within the jewellery manufacturing sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring a proactive approach, high-level sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Talent Sourcing : Leverage various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking) to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide effective staffing solutions. Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates align with the company's values and culture. Recruitment Strategy : Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment strategies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience. Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, and provide regular updates to management. Experience : Minimum 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or similar sectors. Solid understanding of the jewellery manufacturing industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Hardcore Recruitment : Proven ability to handle bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, etc.). Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is an advantage.
