Job Title: US IT Recruiter / Ceipal Coordinator Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-Time Yeats of Experience: 1+yrs Peer Consulting Resources Inc. is a women-owned MWBE-certified IT consulting and staffing firm supporting multiple NYC agencies and private sector clients across the US. We specialize in connecting top talent with opportunities that drive innovation and impact. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive US IT Recruiter / Ceipal Coordinator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing recruiting operations through Ceipal ATS . The role requires close coordination with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure all job postings are promptly updated, tracked, and closed accurately, maintaining end-to-end visibility in the recruitment process. Maintain and update all relevant job details and candidate data across Ceipal, company website, and shared drives . Generate and share regular activity or status reports to ensure recruitment data integrity. Required Skills & Experience: ~1–2 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruiting . ~ Strong practical knowledge of Ceipal ATS (end-to-end usage). ~ Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup . ~ Flexibility to work during US business hours (EST time zone) . Work with an experienced and collaborative US recruiting team. Exposure to live recruitment operations across diverse US clients and agencies. Growth-oriented environment with opportunities to expand into full-cycle recruiting or coordination leadership roles.
