SolvusAI is seeking a dynamic and analytical Data Science Consultant with 1-2 years of experience in data-driven marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing functions and direct experience in analyzing customer journeys, identifying next best actions, and leveraging data to enhance customer engagement. You will be working closely with different stakeholders to help them make data-driven decisions, focusing on improving customer experiences and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement data science solutions that improve customer engagement and optimize customer journeys.
- Develop predictive models, including next-best-action algorithms, to improve marketing strategies.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights on customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value.
- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to recommend personalized marketing campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales and services teams, to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
- Present data findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.
- Monitor, measure, and continuously improve the effectiveness of data science models used in marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience working in data science, with specific exposure to marketing functions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with customer journey analysis, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and next best action models
- Proficiency in programming language Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow et al
- Strong skills in SQL for querying databases and manipulating large datasets
- Familiarity with marketing technologies and customer data platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, RTCDP, PEGA, Salesforce) will be preferred
- Prior experience working with personalized targeting or digital marketing campaigns will be a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- This role will be completely remote
