The role involves performing structural analysis, life prediction, and validation to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of critical rotating parts such as disks, blades, and shafts.Key Responsibilities:- Perform structural analysis (linear and nonlinear FEA) of aeroengine rotating parts.- Conduct fatigue and fracture mechanics analysis to assess part life.- Perform high cycle fatigue (HCF), low cycle fatigue (LCF), creep, and thermal-mechanical fatigue (TMF) evaluations.- Perform rotor integrity, creep and crushing assessment of rotating parts- Perform melt anomaly and manufacturing anomaly of parts- Support design optimization for weight, performance, and life improvements.- Support certification and validation activities with test and field data correlation.- Prepare technical reports, presentation, and present findings to stakeholders.
