Job Title:Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical ConsultantLocation:Remote (India)Experience Level:5+ years (minimum 2+ years in OIC)Job Summary:We are seeking an experiencedOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Consultantwith hands-on experience in integratingOracle HCM Cloudmodules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofHCM business processesand prior exposure toOracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMSintegrations.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM, EBS HRMS, and other enterprise systems using OIC and related technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy integrations usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ,SOAP/REST APIs , andICS adapters .Implement and support integrations betweenOracle HCM Cloudandon-premises systems (EBS HRMS) .Develop custom workflows, orchestration flows, and mappings within OIC.Work with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical designs.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of integrations.Support migration, deployment, and post-go-live integration monitoring.Create and maintain technical documentation and integration design specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of hands-on experiencewithOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .Strong knowledge ofOracle HCM Cloud modules(Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).Experience integratingOracle HCM Cloud with third-party or legacy systems .Solid understanding ofintegration patterns, REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON , andFTP/SFTPprotocols.Familiarity withOIC componentslike Integrations, Process, and Visual Builder.Experience indata mapping and transformationbetween cloud and on-prem systems.Working knowledge ofOracle EBS HRMSdata model and APIs (a strong plus).Proficiency inSQL/PLSQL ,JavaScript , andGroovy scriptingpreferred.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good to Have:Experience withOracle BIP / OTBI reports .Knowledge ofOracle HCM ExtractsandHDL (HCM Data Loader) .Understanding ofFusion MiddlewareorSOA Suiteintegrations.Oracle certification inOICorHCM Cloudis an advantage.
