TCS is hiring for Dynamics CRM Technical Experience: 4+ years Location: PAN India Key responsibilities Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Fit/Gap Analysis – identify technical solution for gaps Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations and data migration Providing guidance to development team and testing team on overall solution. Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system Review of code and review of functional test cases Key Skills/Knowledge: Desired Skills (Must Have): Skills Required for MS Dynamics CRM 365 Role 1. MS Dynamics CRM 365 (Technical Expertise) Advanced customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM. Expertise in creating custom entities, workflows, plugins, and web resources. Deep knowledge of modules like Sales, Service, and Marketing. Data migration and integration using tools like SSIS and Kingsway Soft. 2.. NET Development Strong hands-on experience in C# for plugin development and custom workflows. Integration of external systems with Dynamics 365 using. NET. Development of APIs and middleware for CRM solutions. 3. SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Creating and deploying custom reports for Dynamics CRM. Proficient in Fetch XML and SQL queries. 4. Power Platform Extensive work experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps). Automation solutions using Power Automate. Integration of Power Platform tools with Dynamics 365 and other systems. 5. Azure Integration Landscape Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps for process automation. Azure Service Bus for message-based integration. Azure Functions for serverless integrations with Dynamics CRM. Understanding of Dataverse and Azure Data Factory for data orchestration. 6. Certifications Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or relevant Azure certifications.
