Experience/Skills Required
8 -12 years' experience developing modern front-end, web-based applications with core Java Script, JS frameworks, and at least 2 years specifically working in React JS/JSX, Flux, redux, or similar stack.
Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, Type Script, version control software, and remote deployment tools.
Good understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
Strong proficiency in Java Script, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, and Babel.
Define and maintain architecture roadmap, technical solutions for new and existing functionality for each part of the projects.
Experience in taking the ownership over architecture qualities of front-end applications (e.g.: usability, accessibility, performance, etc.
Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovations.
Bring a passion to remain up to date with the latest trend of ever-changing web front-end development.
Ability to investigate latest technology and build quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs.
Experience in Preparing, improving and introducing new approaches/methodologies/tools and techniques within department.
Work to meet delivery commitments of feature content throughout the whole Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.
Strong collaborator and has skills to participate/guide technical discussion.
Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
