Sales Director

Position: Area Sales Executive – General Trade, Consumer Care Division (CCD) Reporting To : Area Sales Manager – CCD General Trade Industry : FMCG We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Area Sales Executive – General Trade to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing Market Reps. Drive primary and secondary sales objective s, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets. Execute monthly business plans , aligning goals across distributors and sales teams. Strengthen territory performance through effective distribution, coverage expansion , and market penetration. Build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring sales rep productivity and beat optimization . Ensure sales hygiene and system compliance as per company SOPs. Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred) ~3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must) ~ Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills. ~ Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence. ~ Join a brand that believes in building leaders on the ground
