~#Role Description We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead to join our growing team in Kochi. This is a full-time, work-from-office role (no work-from-home options)where you will lead SEO initiatives, manage projects, and guide a team to deliver measurable results for our clients.
The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for:
Managing and executing SEO projects across multiple industries.
Conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
Overseeing on-page optimization , technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
Analyzing web analytics data and implementing improvements to enhance website performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Content, Paid Ads, and Social Media to align strategies.
Keeping up with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
Proven experience in Keyword Research and Link Building .
Strong understanding of On-Page SEO and Technical SEO techniques.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Solid background in Marketing and Web Analytics .
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in a similar leadership role is a plus.
