Responsibilities- Build and lead the first-line compliance function covering product, technology and organisational processes.- Oversee all compliance activities related to product features, technology workflows and internal operations.- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external assessments, audits and reviews.- Establish frameworks for timely, accurate and verified regulatory submissions.- Present compliance updates, risks and status reports to management and executive committees.- Drive digitisation and automation of compliance processes for efficiency and accuracy.- Support AI governance initiatives and ensure responsible usage across teams.- Oversee documentation standards, vendor compliance and outsourcing governance.- Maintain strong alignment with legal, security, engineering and product teams.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.- 5+ years of compliance, legal or regulatory experience.- Experience leading compliance for technology or digital products.- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal control structures.- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Leadership experience in cross functional environments.Skills- Regulatory Compliance- Risk Management- Policy Development- Internal Auditing- Documentation and Governance- Cross Functional Leadership- Process Automation Awareness- Ethical Decision Making
