About the profile
Important: This position is for a contract role only. The role requires working on-site and a willingness to travel across India. Only applicants with relevant experience should apply.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and Coordinate: Manage various school projects, ensuring seamless communication between our internal team and customer schools.
- Travel and Observe: Visit customer schools, track project progress, and conduct class observations to provide valuable insights.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal technical team of data analysts, operations team members, and programmers, and educators to deliver projects and enhance our solution.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Up to 5 years of relevant experience, especially in class observations, teaching, and school project coordination.
- Skills: Strong planning, coordination, and IT skills (Google Forms, Excel). Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Mindset: Open to learning, unlearning, and re-learning. Ready to embrace new perspectives and innovative teaching methods.
- Flexibility: Willing to travel pan-India and adapt to different communication platforms (email, Zoom, WhatsApp, presentations).
- Work mode: Hybrid mode. Work from home most of the time and meet in-person for meetings.
