We are hiring for the post of a B2 B Marketing Specialist for one of our clients in the Industrial Machine Manufacturing Industry. Mandatory Qualifications :- BE in Mechanical/Chemical/ Biotechnology from top Engg Institutes +MBA from Premier Management schools with a total of 1-3 years' experience in the B2 B marketing of Machines. Professionals who have completed MBA ( post BE ) in the years 2021, 2022 and 2023 only will be ideal for this role. Role Summary: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2 B marketing strategies. You will leverage your technical background to understand complex machinery and translate features into customer benefits. With your knowledge of B2 B marketing, you will drive campaigns, support product launches , and engage with industry stakeholders to promote the brand in key markets. Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for the Machines on B2 B channels, targeting specific manufacturing sectors and customer segments such as Food Industry, Fine Chemicals Industry, Animal Feed Industry and Pharma Products Manufacturing Industry Create and manage brochures, technical papers, blog post content describing the value of the machines manufactured by the client. Track campaign performance , conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Coordinate and manage industry events, trade shows, and customer seminars , exhibitions ensuring the brand of machines manufactured by the client stands out and gains attention. Create online and offline marketing content about the various Automated machines manufactured by the client and sold to various end users in industries like Food Industry, Fine Chemicals Industry, Animal Feed Industry and Pharma Products Manufacturing Industry Desired Skill Sets:- Looking for BE+MBA qualified Professionals with a total of 1-3 of experience in b2b marketing / marketing of machines. Experience in B 2 B marketing, preferably in the machinery or industrial equipment sector. Proficiency in digital marketing tools ( e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing platforms) and CRM software will be added advantage. Candidates must be from the Engineering Industry, Automated Machine Manufacturing industry, Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry, Industrial Machines manufacturing industry. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of the functioning of machines, capable of translating the value add of machines in creatively composed Brand communications.
