Job DescriptioneClerx is hiring a hands-on Senior Analytics Consultant for a client-facing role supporting global stakeholders. This role requires strong delivery ownership and practical BI implementation skills.Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver hands-on BI & analytics solutions- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI & Tableau- Work on data modeling and data mart design- Perform data extraction, transformation, and integration using ETL tools- Understand and work within analytics/BI architecture (data flow, performance, scalability)- Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders- Support analytics delivery during night shift operationsMandatory Skills- 6+ years of experience in Analytics / Business Intelligence- Strong hands-on experience with:- Power BI- Tableau- Alteryx or other ETL tools- Power Query- Experience with file formats:- Hyper, JSON, XML, TDE- Excel, Flat Files- Solid experience in data modeling & data mart creation- Client-facing / consulting experienceGood to Have Skills- Python or SAS- Exposure to Machine Learning & NLP concepts
