About Park+: Park+ is the largest community of 15 Million+ car owners in India.

We are building the Super app for car users.

We are solving day-to-day problems faced by car users and hence, bringing delight back to car ownership.

We have built technology-led solutions for parking, FASTag and access control in Malls, Corporate parks & Apartments.

Park+ allows users to discover, book and pay for Parking across India.

In just over 5 years of our existence, every third car in India is already on the Park+ platform.

Park+ access control and parking automation solutions are deployed at prominent locations including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), Cyber Hub (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), and we have installed more than 10,000 residential apartment gates all over India.

Park+ is a series C funded start-up and had raised USD 50 Mn from marquee investors including Sequoia Capital, Epiq Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as from seasoned individual investors - Ashish Hemrajani (Book My Show), Deep Kalra (Make My Trip), Kunal Shah (Cred) and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal).

The company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT.

Responsibilities: 1.

Responsible for overall collections recording.

2.

Handling collection related queries raised on central dashboard.

3.

O/s Invoice clearance basis collection recorded.

4.

Timely publishing accurate o/s dashboard.

5.

Managing the entire payment gateway reconciliation process on daily basis.

6.

Preparing and reviewing multiple PG reconciliations reports for various payment gateways 7.

Preparing and publishing MIS reports related to PG reconciliation 8.

Highlighting risk and deviations in the PG reconciliation process to respective stakeholders 9.

Ensuring there are no collection or TDR leakages 10.

Preparing and reviewing PG TDR provision workings for month-end closure 11.

Verifying and Processing PG invoices (on gross settlement/net settlement)12.

Onboarding new PG- s, Banks and new MID's with existing PG- s/Banks 13.

Good understanding on Payment and Settlement System, dispute / charge back, Banking Operations & Solution, Reconciliation, Merchants settlement, etc.

14. Reconcile the merchant/aggregator payments to payable vs paid 15.

Work with the Tech team for fixing Payments, Refund and Settlement issues.

16. Processing of customer refunds online.

17. Managing accounting for PG finance operations and having full control of PG balances 18.

Managing various audit assignments related to PG finance operations 19.

Managing various audit assignments & MIS reporting requests on adhoc basis 20.

Automating the entire payment gateway reconciliation process Other Requirements: 1.

Experience of accounting entries and GL movement for digital payments transactions 2.

Experience in preparing and reviewing multiple reconciliation reports for various PG- s 3.

Experience in automation of PG reconciliation processes with internal controls in place 4.

Experience in accounting for processing GST related invoices on a gross/net settlement basis in an ERP environment 5.

Good interpersonal and communications skills 6.

Experience in PG MIS reporting 7.

Experience in negotiating and maintaining healthy relationships with all PG- s 8.

Experienced in Digital Payments /E-commerce or similar industry.

9.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
