Job Description:

As a Facebook Advertising Expert, you will manage and optimize high-budget advertising campaigns for Kiehl’s. With a $100,000 monthly advertising budget , you’ll drive campaign success and deliver measurable results in sales, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute Facebook advertising strategies aligned with Kiehl’s goals.
  • Oversee and allocate a $100,000 monthly budget across 30-50 campaigns .
  • Monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign performance to maximize ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine creatives and audience targeting.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in Facebook advertising and apply best practices.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad content.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success managing $100,000+ monthly ad budgets , preferably in the cosmetics or beauty sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for high ROAS.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and associated tools.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
