Job Overview:

We’re seeking a highly creative and dynamic Creative Manager to lead our social media and content team for multiple beauty brands. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a keen understanding of social media,current trends, and the ability to develop unique and engaging content strategies. They will bring fresh, innovative ideas, unconventional solutions, and a strong grasp of the social media landscape to propel the brands ahead in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy & Innovation: Develop, execute, and oversee innovative social media strategies and content campaigns that align with each brand’s identity, values, and goals.

- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithms, and content best practices to inform the team and keep the brands ahead of the curve.

- Creative Problem Solving: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to content challenges, utilizing your knowledge of social media platforms to address brand needs and generate audience engagement.

- Quality Control & Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains high quality, and delivers a consistent message across all social media platforms.

- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign success and refine strategies for ongoing improvement.

- Lead and Inspire: Manage and inspire a team of social media managers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment that drives creativity and excellence.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand and marketing teams, and to ensure that social media content supports larger campaign goals and brand initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience:

- Social Media Expertise: Extensive experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat etc.) and content types, with a clear understanding of how to leverage each for maximum engagement.

- Creativity: Proven ability to develop unique, engaging, and visually compelling content ideas; a track record of executing innovative campaigns is a plus.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey vision clearly and collaborate effectively, supporting and elevating team members' ideas.

- Team Leadership: Experience in managing creative teams, with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and constructive feedback.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions to improve content strategies.

Added Advantage: Knowledge of Beauty industry, familiarity with beauty trends, products, and consumer interests.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative solutions or social media role.

- Proven experience managing social media strategies for beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brands is a plus.
