Job Description:


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer or Lead Developer with extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various e-commerce solutions and demonstrate proficiency in several of the following technologies:


Primary E-commerce Platforms:

• Adobe Commerce (Magento): Expertise in PHP, MySQL, and familiarity with Magento’s modular architecture.

• BigCommerce: Proficiency in the Stencil framework, Handlebars.js, and experience with BigCommerce APIs.

• commercetools: Knowledge of microservices architecture, API-first design, and experience with Java or Node.js.

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud: Experience with Demandware Script, ISML templates, and integration using RESTful APIs.

• Shopify: Proficiency in Liquid templating language, Shopify Polaris, and experience with Shopify’s GraphQL API.


Marketplace Platforms:

• Marketplacer: Understanding of marketplace operations and integration capabilities.

• Mirakl: Experience in configuring and integrating Mirakl’s marketplace solutions.


Dropshipping Platforms:

• Logicbroker: Knowledge of EDI standards and API integrations for dropshipping operations.

• Rithum: Experience with Rithum’s platform for streamlining dropshipping processes.


Note: Proficiency in all listed technologies is not mandatory; expertise in several, combined with a willingness to learn others, is highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable e-commerce solutions across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance platform capabilities.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in developing and managing e-commerce platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
