Job description:Certified Gym TrainerLocation : Koramangala, Bengaluru, KarnatakaAbout Us:Den2 Fit Gym is a premier fitness center dedicated to transforming lives through strength, endurance, and well-being. We are looking for passionate Certified Gym Trainers to join our dynamic team and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.Job Responsibilities:Conduct personalized and group training sessionsAssess client fitness levels and develop customized workout plansGuide members on proper exercise techniques and injury preventionTrack client progress and provide motivationMaintain a clean and safe workout environmentPromote gym services and personal training sessionsRequirements:Certification: Must be a Certified Gym TrainerExperience: Prior training experience is a plus but not mandatoryStrong knowledge of fitness training, nutrition, and injury preventionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about health, fitness, and helping othersPerks & Benefits:Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per monthWork Schedule: 40 – 60 hours per weekIncentives: 5% commission on achieving ₹1 lakh PT amount, 40% commission on personal training sessionsWeek Off: Enjoy a week off for rest and relaxationAdditional Qualifications & Skills:Strong Knowledge of Fitness & Exercise Science – Should have a deep understanding of strength training, cardio, mobility, and flexibility exercises.Passion for Fitness & Health – A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to explain exercises clearly and motivate clients effectively.Personalized Training Approach – Should be able to tailor workouts to suit different fitness levels and goals.Sales & Client Engagement – Ability to promote personal training sessions and retain clients.Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Understanding of diet plans and nutrition to complement workout routines.Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Should be able to adjust training methods based on client needs and fitness progress.Energetic & Approachable Personality – Must be friendly, patient, and encouraging to create a positive workout environment.Punctuality & Professionalism – Commitment to maintaining a disciplined and professional approach in training.First Aid & CPR Certification (Preferred) – Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response is an added advantage.Ready to take on the challenge and help others achieve their fitness goals?
