We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst (DA) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in data analysis, possessing expert-level skills in Power BI and SQL. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging their analytical skills to provide insights that drive our business forward. This is an in-office, full-time position perfect for professionals with 1-6 years of experience who are ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets using Power BI and SQL to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data analytics support.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within reports and databases.
  • Identify trends and patterns in datasets to support optimization strategies.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Power BI for creating dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL for complex queries, data manipulation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
