We’re seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Expert to lead our social media strategy and drive brand growth for a dynamic, user-focused platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing social media campaigns that engage, inform, and grow our community. You’ll have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content that resonates, and you’ll bring creativity and strategic thinking to every post. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for building brand presence across social platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals, drives user engagement, and increases brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Content Creation and Curation : Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and posts that resonate with our target audience. Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Community Engagement : Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong, positive community around the brand. Identify and act on engagement opportunities to foster brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Use social media analytics tools to track the success of campaigns and content, analyze key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy.
  • Influencer Partnerships : Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values to extend our reach, build credibility, and enhance brand presence.
  • Growth Initiatives : Experiment with new social media trends, formats, and strategies to grow our following and engagement. Stay updated on social media platform changes, tools, and industry best practices.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement.
  • Strong content creation skills with an eye for aesthetics and an understanding of social media algorithms.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in developing influencer marketing strategies and managing partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to create on-brand content.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously.
