Health, human and social services are at the core of a nation's development agenda. India's social sector spend is increasing, with trends such as direct benefits transfer, digital monitoring, private sector enablement and impact investment driving outcomes in sectors such as Water, Sanitation, And Hygiene (WASH), healthcare, financial Inclusion, social and rural development, livelihoods, and affordable housing. The sector has witnessed a paradigm shift from a treatment-based model to a preventive focused model. This is likely to accelerate growth opportunities in the sector. KPMG in India’s Health, Human and Social Services (HHSS) practice works with government agencies, multilaterals, donors, private sector participants, civil society stakeholders and other social sector organizations to deliver efficient, equitable, and effective health, human and social services that create sustainable societies. >>About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled River Front Development Expert to join our team in Delhi. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a flagship Government programme aimed at conserving rivers. You will engage in regular client interactions and strategize development activities along the riverfront.
>>Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for river conservation and development projects.
- Engage with clients regularly to understand and address their needs.
- Strategize and implement development activities along the riverfront.
- Prepare technical requirement plans, pavement designs, streetscape, and landscaping documents.
- Ensure the successful completion of at least 7 riverfront development assignments.
>>Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Architect with a Post-graduation in Landscaping or Urban Planning.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience post-graduation in River Front Development
Experience in preparation of technical requirement plans, pavement design, streetscape, and landscaping.
Must have completed at least 7 relevant assignments.
