You’ll also work on a mix of support, consulting, and enhancement projects across the SAP HCM landscape.If you enjoy solving complex payroll challenges and building smart SAP solutions, we’d love to hear from youWhat you’ll be doing:As our SAP ABAP Developer, you will be:Develop, implement, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms for UK PayrollProvide L2/L3 support for UK Payroll issues, including incident resolution and change requestsPartner with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing UK Payroll custom developmentsEnsure all developments comply with UK payroll rules, statutory updates, and audit requirementsParticipate in customer calls, share progress updates, and ensure prompt delivery of tasksMaintain clear documentation for technical designs, developments, and transportsMonitor scheduled jobs, payroll processes, and related integrationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical and payroll support.What we’re looking for:To be successful in this role, you should have:10+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP DeveloperStrong, hands-on expertise in UK Payroll processes, schemas, rules, and wage typesSolid knowledge of ABAP development tools, including:ReportsBAPIs, BADIs, User ExitsEnhancements FrameworkInterfaces (IDocs, RFCs)SmartForms / Adobe FormsExperience supporting SAP HR/HCM modules, especially UK PayrollGood understanding of time management, payroll cycles, RT tables, and payroll debuggingAbility to translate functional specifications into effective technical solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindsetExcellent communication skills for working with UK/EU clients.Interview process:Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and transparent.
