MetFlux Research is pioneering the ΩmeX ecosystem , a precision health platform that integrates omics, exposome, and in-silico modeling to deliver actionable insights into metabolic, gut-immune, and aging health . We translate deep physiological data into personalized nutrition protocols that guide client-engagement professionals to prepare phased-plans.

Role Overview

We are seeking Nutrition Scientists to join our translational research and protocol design team. The project involves data integration of various assessments like blood reports, gut microbiome reports, dexa reports etc to come up with a lifestyle and supplementation treatment protocol for individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Protocol Design & Personalization

  • Interpret client health profiles (blood biomarkers, genetics report, omics report, microbiome, exposome, lifestyle) into holistic nutrition strategies .
  • Design or contribute to dietary protocol, supplement plans, and lifestyle frameworks .
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and evidence alignment in all protocols.

Evidence Synthesis & Application

  • Conduct literature reviews and evidence appraisal in metabolic, gut-immune, and aging nutrition.
  • Apply scientific insights to enrich protocol design and rationale.
  • Contribute to “evidence-safe” claims and knowledge base development.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work with systems biologists and data scientists to map nutrition insights into in-silico models.
  • Support R&D projects in nutraceuticals, functional foods, and clinical study design.
  • Engage in cross-disciplinary discussions to align science with practitioner-facing outputs.

Reporting & Communication

  • Draft scientific insights and explanations for inclusion in client-facing health reports .
  • Prepare presentations, white papers, or manuscripts for internal and external use.
  • Communicate findings clearly to non-specialist stakeholders (client-consultation team, clients).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education :
  • Master’s/PhD in Nutrition Science, Clinical Nutrition, Food Science, or related field.
  • Experience :
  • 1–3 years in applied nutrition, functional foods, or clinical nutrition research.
  • Technical/Professional Skills :
  • Strong grounding in immuno-metabolic and gut-health nutrition.
  • Ability to integrate physiology, biochemistry, nutrition and client application.
  • Evidence synthesis and scientific writing skills.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with statistical/analysis tools.
  • Attributes :
  • Evidence-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to integrate across biology, nutrition, and client application.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with evolving science and technology.
