Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record in BTL and activation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative on-ground activation campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results for our clients. This role requires extensive on-field presence and the ability to work closely at client sites to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute creative BTL strategies and on-ground activations for client brands.
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas to drive consumer engagement through experiential marketing, mall activations, roadshows, and events.
  • Conduct market research to understand the audience, competition, and activation trends.

Execution & Operations:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Be actively involved in on-field execution to monitor and manage campaign progress in real-time.
  • Collaborate with vendors, production teams, and on-ground staff for smooth execution.
  • Travel to client locations and activation sites as needed to ensure the campaign aligns with client expectations.

Client Servicing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Be available on-site at client locations to address real-time queries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, or experiential campaigns within an agency.
  • Strong understanding of on-ground activation techniques, event planning, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Willingness to spend significant time on the field or at client sites, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for experiential marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic budgeting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client servicing and team collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and travel frequently for on-ground activations.
