About the roleAre you passionate about driving seamless onboarding experiences, collaborating across leadership teams, and bringing structure to fast-moving programs? Join us as a Lead – Onboarding & Integration, where you’ll support leadership hiring, onboarding processes, analytics, stakeholder management, and program coordination for strategic initiatives.What You’ll OwnLead end-to-end onboarding processes for leadership talent, ensuring a smooth transition into the organizationManage & maintain SharePoint platforms, dashboards, and documentationTrack and present onboarding, hiring, and integration metrics to ensure visibility and alignmentPartner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and program successGovern and support reporting excellence through MIS dashboards and analyticsProvide administrative and program support for CIO initiatives, including scheduling, coordination, and ad-hoc projectsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Corporate HR or Program Coordination rolesStrong reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, MIS, analytics) and hands-on experience with SharePointProven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and leadershipExcellent communication, prioritization, and program management abilitiesExperience in calendar management, vendor coordination, and process improvementsGood to HaveFormal training/experience in HR Analytics or ReportingExposure to leadership onboarding or global HR environmentsIf you are driven, detail-oriented, and excited to build a best-in-class onboarding experience, we’d love to connect with you
