Job Description:

  • Candidate should have 6+ years of total experience in Business Analysis / Business Consulting / Product Management role.
  • Has previous experience in Logistics & Transportation / Supply chain industry. Oil and Gas domain knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Should have owned up and participated in the complete life cycle for more than one product development / implementation activity and / or handling sales presentations/demo/product roadmap discussions.
  • Participated as product expert in customer engagements. Knowledge on business process and customer challenges in specific business areas.
  • Proven ability to act as a consultant to customers to influence their business processes.
  • Has direct client site exposure on fit and gap, road map discussions and implementations
  • Expertise in agile requirements management processes including but not limited to maintaining product backlogs, developing and maintaining user stories, sprint grooming / product envisioning, sprint planning and overall sprint team activities

Understanding of techniques involved in requirement prioritization (Value Driven/RICE), deriving inputs for UI/UX considerations, managing conflicting requirements, change management challenges and MVP (minimum viable product) approach to deal with large / complex requirements

  • Good understanding of overall Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Updated about the emerging trends and technological advancements in the industry, domain.
  • Should have very good interpersonal skills and be able to coordinate with multiple teams like project management, testing team, base product, customer IT, customer vendors and customer business.
  • Has good exposure on tools and methods including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, MPP, XML standards, SQL Developer.
