Events & Program Operations Manager (education experience is manadatory) Company: Type: Full-time
Location: (Open/Hybrid) — frequent domestic & international travel required
Learn with Leaders (LWL) connects middle and high school students with top global faculty, industry leaders, and mentors. We’re seeking a hardcore operations professional to own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of large-scale educational programs and events—often serving 1,000+ students across multiple cohorts. Program Execution & Logistics: Plan and manage complete logistics for domestic and international programs—flights, visas, accommodation, meals, ground transport—and handle real-time troubleshooting.
Student Experience: Design and execute every touchpoint to deliver a meaningful, safe, and enriching participant journey.
Group Operations: Run large student cohorts with discipline and accuracy; Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with hotels, embassies, schools, universities, travel partners, and other vendors; Travel Operations: Manage group bookings, documentation, travel insurance; chaperone travel where required.
Compliance & Documentation: ensure regulatory compliance and audit-ready records.
Data & Tools: Build and operate high-fidelity spreadsheets and internal tools to manage databases, rosters, and workflows.
On-Site Leadership: Lead operations on the ground; drive cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
Experience: 2–3 years in event operations, travel logistics, student programs, or large-scale program management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Operations, or a related field.
Demonstrated success executing logistics for high-volume educational programs/camps or comparable events.
Meticulous planning, documentation, and follow-through.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and digital planning tools.
Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple moving parts under pressure and tight deadlines.
Travel Readiness: Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Passion for delivering safe, high-quality, student-centered programs with measurable impact.
Zero compliance gaps with complete, accurate documentation
