Job Description:-

Experienced PLEX senior consultant with hands on experience in PLEX modules listed below in the skills section with good understanding of setup and configuration, user provisioning and data integration.

Need to have good knowledge of issue management, excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

• Hands on experience with PLEX

o Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Quality

o PLEX MES Module

o PLEX CMMS Module

o PLEX A&O Module (Automation and Orchestration)

o PLEX APM Module (Asset Performance Management)

o PLEX PM Module (Production Monitoring)

o PLEX QMS Module

 SQ - Supplier Quality

 SA - Supplier Audit

 PPAP - Production Part Approval Process

 SPPAP - Supplier Production Part Approval Process

 NPI - New Product Introduction

 APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning

 FMEA - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

 DCM - Document Control Management

• Good understanding of setup and configuration in PLEX (PCN)

o Table setups

o Glossary updates

o Problem forms

o Workflows

o Use of data upload templates

o Reporting/ dashboards

• User provisioning:

o User access with PLEX IAM

o User setup and Job Position/Security roles assignments

o Automation with SSO access

• Data integration

o ERP data integration with PLEX

o Datalake integration with PLEX

Secondary Skills:-

• Issue management

o Good communication skills with experience on managing issues raised by users and coordinating fixes with PLEX and internal teams

o Experience using PLEX case portal

• Very good analytical skills and communication skills and Directly discuss with client and sending the status reports.
