Marketing communications manager

Responsible for local marketing Strategy and Conception by being the main point of contact for the recording and coordination of Business Stream (Products Safety Testing) specific marketing requirements and preparation of these requirements into usable briefings for the Business in the IMEA Regions: Responsibilities Understands the specific local characteristics, goals, and the resulting needs of internal customers in the related Business Stream Supports the Business Officer (BO) - Marketing & Communication (M&C) in the creation of the local marketing plan, incl. marketing budget for local aggregation Manage local marketing budgets approved by the respective BO M&C Advises and supports internal customers on planning, implementation and commissioning of marketing campaigns and marketing activities Responsible for the localizing and implementing of M&C campaigns with data-driven results Deducts the Business Stream requirements into usable briefings for executing marketing functions As a solution-oriented interface manager, regular information of the stakeholders involved about the status quo of the marketing campaigns and activities and control the marketing budget specifically allocated to the respective area. Uses global marketing guidelines and tools to achieve the requested work result with maximum efficiency Solution-oriented exchange with interface functions in the Business Stream, Corporate Marketing, Regional Marketing, and international colleagues (incl. diverse backgrounds, languages and time zones) Enables the reuse of already implemented work results Qualifications Bachelor and Master’s degree, preferable in Marketing At least 5 years' B2 B marketing with practical experience in the above fields and 1 year team management experience Must be business-focused and have the ability to translate business goals to marketing and corporate communication strategies. Preferably several years of experience in the TIC-Industry (Testing-Inspection-Certification) Skills, Knowledge and Ability Has strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Has ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably by having excellent inter-personal skills Can work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace Has strong presentation and writing communications Is detail-oriented, can manage multiple projects and responsibilities at one time Native command in English (Writing and speaking) Professional proficiency in English (Writing and speaking)
