Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to sell Robotics and STEM kits to businesses, educational institutions, and bulk buyers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle bulk sales, and a passion for promoting educational products in the STEM field and Software products & Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach: Initiate outbound calls and WhatsApp messages to potential bulk buyers, including schools, colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients, to sell Robotics and STEM kits.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-up on inquiries.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the Robotics and STEM kits to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and educational value to prospective customers.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Address customer queries, provide product information, and guide them through the purchasing process.
Bulk Selling Focus: Manage and close large-volume sales orders, ensuring all customer requirements and expectations are met.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain and report on sales performance, pipeline, and progress.
Follow-Up and Closing Deals: Consistently follow up with leads and prospects, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, handle returns or complaints, and facilitate any necessary product demonstrations or training sessions.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in educational products or bulk selling.
Smart and Good communication skill.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong ability to engage with customers and build long-term relationships.
Previous experience with bulk or corporate sales is a plus.
Familiarity with Robotics, STEM education, and related products is an advantage, but not required.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp for business communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree (Honours) (Technical Degree will preferred)
