Position: Risk Manager
Experience: 8–10 years
Reporting To: Chief Risk Officer
Lead and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management process, including risk identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring.
Perform risk impact analysis and develop prioritization and mitigation plans.
Create and maintain a risk assessment matrix across business and corporate functions, outlining identified risks, key controls, and residual exposures.
Analyse current and emerging risks affecting the organization and provide actionable insights.
Review key internal policies and collaborate with stakeholders to provide risk-related inputs.
Facilitate operational units in developing Risk Heat Maps, determining risk tolerance levels, and implementing monitoring mechanisms.
Assist in the formulation and periodic review of the organization’s Risk Management Plan.
Define and develop risk reporting frameworks tailored to different business audiences, ensuring clear understanding and accountability.
Educate internal teams on significant risks impacting their functions and build a culture of risk awareness.
Evaluate external risks posed by corporate governance and regulatory requirements, and communicate these to stakeholders.
Create and maintain business continuity plans and ensure readiness for various risk scenarios.
Oversee health and safety initiatives and coordinate with insurance providers to ensure appropriate coverage.
Conduct internal policy and compliance reviews in coordination with internal and external auditors.
Maintain updated records of insurance coverage and support contract review from a risk perspective.
Conduct staff training programs to enhance organization-wide awareness of risk policies and procedures.
Deep understanding of enterprise-wide risk types, regulatory frameworks, and business process dynamics.
Exposure to information technology risks and ability to design appropriate mitigation strategies (preferred).
Ability to identify patterns and forecast trends associated with various risk exposures.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized university (India or overseas).

PGDRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management)
FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
GRCP (Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional) or equivalent
Experience
Total Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in the Banking, Financial Services, or Technology sector.
Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Risk Management.
