You will handle posting, communication, scheduling, coordination, and content strategy across multiple pages.This is a remote role , and we are open to both full-time applicants and skilled freelancers.Key ResponsibilitiesTechno Be With You (TBWY)Manage Instagram & Linked In posting and consistencyMaintain weekly content calendarsCoordinate with the content producer for reels, videos, and BTSShare Track’d updates, marketplace content, and brand storiesTrack engagement and report performanceWave EarplugsPlan and manage reels, product videos, and festival contentHandle influencer collaborations and campaign deliverablesMaintain brand consistency across platformsWork with the BD team for timely posting and communicationFounder Personal Branding (Anuj Mahajan)Draft and publish professional Linked In posts in the founder’s toneShare updates across all brands and venturesBuild a strong, consistent leadership presenceManage weekly posting strategy and engagementCross-Brand CoordinationWork with the social media agency (Radhika) for creative requirementsCollaborate with brand managers dailyEnsure timely execution of all digital deliverablesStay updated on platform trends and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For1–4 years experience in social media management / digital communicationStrong writing skills, especially for Linked In-style contentUnderstanding of Instagram + You Tube algorithmsAbility to manage multiple brands and deadlinesCreative mindset with clean, consistent communicationReliable and self-driven while working remotelyInterest in music, festivals, lifestyle, or youth culture is a plusFreelancers must commit to consistent weekly deliverables.Salary / Compensation₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (full-time)Freelancer engagements will be based on fixed monthly deliverables.Why Work With UsFully remote role with flexibilityWork on fast-growing youth, music, and lifestyle brandsCreative freedom to experiment and build brand identitiesWork directly with the founder and core teamOpportunity to grow into larger brand leadership rolesHow to ApplyPlease send your CV + links to pages/accounts you’ve managed to:
