Job Title: Senior RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere, Ui Path/Power Automate)
Total Experience: 5-10 Yrs
Mandatory Skills: Automation Anywhere, Ui Path/Power Automate, SQL (Hands on exp in coding)
Experience and Skills:
RPA Platforms: 5+ years of experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere
3+ years of hands-on experience with Ui Path or Power Automate
Automation Expertise: In-depth understanding of RPA lifecycle, from requirement gathering, process design, development, and testing to deployment and monitoring
Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, Python, or Java Script to build complex automations and integrations
AI & ML Integration: Knowledge of integrating AI/ML technologies, such as intelligent document processing, OCR, or NLP, into automation workflows is a plus
Cloud Automation: Familiarity with cloud-based RPA solutions and deploying automations in Saa S/Paa S environments (Azure, AWS, etc)
APIs & Integrations: Experience with integrating RPA solutions via APIs, working with REST/SOAP web services, and automating data exchange between systems
Databases & Reporting: Experience with databases (SQL, No SQL) and the ability to automate data extraction, manipulation, and reporting processes
Agile Methodology: Experience in working with agile development teams and participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and ensure that team members are following RPA best practices
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation challenges and implement effective solutions
Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. Collaborate on additional automation solutions leveraging Ui Path and/or Power Automate as secondary tools
Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide recommendations for process improvements using RPA.
Solution Architecture: Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Cross-Platform Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with various applications and databases, ensuring smooth execution across platforms and tools (Automation Anywhere, Ui Path, Power Automate).
Testing and Debugging: Lead and participate in end-to-end testing of automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
Code Review & Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviews, promote RPA development best practices, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Component Development: Develop reusable automation components that can be used across multiple projects, reducing development time and increasing efficiency.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions align with business needs
Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA implementations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
