This process challenges conventional norms and inspires the creation of original designs.
Role Description The Architect will serve as a bridge between senior designers and junior architects, taking on key responsibilities for overseeing project development, managing design tasks, and ensuring alignment between project goals and deliverables.
They will mentor junior architects while assisting senior designers in complex architectural operations.
Additionally, they will manage site visits, prepare detailed documentation, and ensure project execution from concept to construction.
Tasks and Responsibilities 1.
Leading discussions with junior architects and senior designers.
2.
Supervising the design work and ensuring quality output.
3.
Preparing and reviewing presentations for client meetings.
4.
Providing feedback and design revisions based on project goals.
5.
Creating and refining 3 D visualizations using Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, etc.
6.
Reviewing and approving working drawings and construction specifications.
7.
Planning, coordinating, and conducting site visits.
8.
Preparing comprehensive project documentation and reports.
9.
Ensuring timely communication of site visit reports, concerns, and actionable items.
10. Assisting in project planning and providing insights for design improvements.
