GSM- Project Management :

Manage the overall operational/project aspects of manufacturing operations, on-site at factories.

Drive the operational performance at Contract Manufacturers to meet project requirements.

Assist in developing production/build schedules and planning demand/supply.

Collaborate with CMs and internal/external cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to program/ramp and production schedules, identify risks, and help develop mitigation plans.

Identify and support the implementation of operational improvements by CMs.

Engage with project related Tier-2/3 supply chain, including equipment and raw material suppliers, to develop plans and track status

Industry Background: Candidates must have experience in stamping, plastic, or rubber manufacturing industries.

Assembly Operations: Preferred but not a priority.

The above mentioned points need Program management + Vendor development + Supply chain experience.

Factory Experience: Mandatory.

Factory-Related Operations Knowledge: Mandatory.

Program Management Expertise: Must have deeper expertise, not superficial knowledge. Candidates should demonstrate a clear understanding of:

Key milestones.

Approach and schedule derivation.

Planning for technical assembly lines and capacity.

Real-Time Examples: Candidates must provide concrete examples from prior experience.

Supply and Demand Knowledge: Not mandatory but good to have.
